1. Service Overview

UK Tow Assist provides a range of automotive emergency and recovery services within the UK. Our service offerings include, but are not limited to, emergency towing for disabled vehicles, on-site roadside assistance for minor mechanical issues, recovery of vehicles involved in accidents, comprehensive breakdown support, jump-starting batteries, changing flat tires, delivering emergency fuel, and winching vehicles from difficult situations.

2. Service Availability and Limitations

Our services are available based on operational capacity, geographical reach, and road conditions. While we strive to provide prompt assistance, response times may vary due to factors such as severe weather, traffic congestion, peak demand, or location remoteness. We reserve the right to decline service if a situation is deemed unsafe, beyond our operational capabilities, or violates any laws or regulations.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All service charges will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of work.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept various payment methods, which will be advised at the time of booking.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges or legal action.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle and location when requesting service.
• You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible and safe for our operatives to work on.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or clearances if your vehicle is located on private property.
• You must not impede or interfere with our operatives while they are performing their duties.

5. Our Liability

• UK Tow Assist will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the services.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, concealed damage, or damage that occurs as a result of inherent defects in the vehicle.
• Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or the value of the service provided, whichever is lower.
• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel a service request, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us.
• A cancellation fee may apply if an operative has already been dispatched to your location or if significant preparation for the service has occurred.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our internal policies.

7. Personal Property

While we take reasonable precautions, UK Tow Assist is not responsible for any personal property left in a vehicle during towing or recovery. Please ensure all valuable or personal items are removed from your vehicle before service begins.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
